Hannah is a Bachelor of Kinesiology graduate from the University of the Fraser Valley and a current student at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Movement has always been at the center of her life. As a former athlete, she experienced firsthand the demands placed on the body and the importance of recovery. After spending three years playing for UFV’s women’s basketball team, she transitioned into a Student Athletic Trainer role, where she developed a deeper understanding of injury management and rehabilitation.
With her background in kinesiology, Hannah has a strong foundation in human anatomy and movement, but she was drawn to a more hands-on approach to care. Pursuing a Massage Therapy diploma allows her to blend science with empathy and holistic care. She is passionate about using her skills to support recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Hannah enjoys cycling, hiking, playing pickup basketball, and continuing to explore movement in all of its forms.

Taylor trains hard and climbs harder—on gear, on stone, and on plastic. She boulders and trad climbs year-round, switching between Squamish granite and gym circuits with ease and intensity. Born and raised in Vancouver, she grew up chasing summits, paddling coastlines, and carving ski lines through local mountains. Climbing hooked her early, and she’s been doubling down on the send life ever since.
Taylor backs her movement knowledge with BCRPA Fitness Theory certification and a deep understanding of training principles. At Elios, she crafts climbing-specific training plans, leads outdoor intro sessions, and builds programs that get people strong enough to move better—indoors and out.
Catch her in the clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays — or out on the rock, where she’s most at home.

the British Columbia Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Practitioners.
Crystal isn’t your average acupuncturist. With decades of high-level gymnastics coaching under her belt—plus credentials as a Chartered Professional Coach and an international judge—she knows exactly how the body moves, and more importantly, how it breaks down under pressure. Her work focuses on athletes, climbers, and movement-driven folks who need more than just a general tune-up.
Crystal treats from the nervous system out: she’s who you see when your stress is stuck on high alert, your digestion’s off, or your body just isn’t bouncing back. Her sessions are equal parts precise, calming, and quietly powerful—kind of like sticking a sketchy dyno you didn’t think would go.
Based out of Elios Health in Mount Pleasant, she’s helping Vancouver’s active community move better, feel stronger, and sleep like they haven’t in weeks.

Robin has more than 15 years of coaching in gymnastics, circus, strength and conditioning. He has always been passionate about helping people overcome their physical setbacks and troubleshooting their barriers to progress, which more often than not were injury related. This prompted the professional pivot into massage therapy, where he could more directly focus his energy on helping each individual thrive in the activities they love, despite the inevitable wear and tear of life.
His sport training began shortly after walking, when his dad strapped him into skis and pointed him down the bunny run at Cypress. Since then, bouldering, sport climbing and hiking have dominated his free time. His formal training began with gymnastics and trampoline, and over the years has grown to encompass parkour, tricking, breakdancing and martial arts, such as wushu, muay thai, wrestling and jiu jitsu. Robin eventually ran away with the circus, coaching with a focus on ground and partner acrobatics, hand balancing, and teeterboard.
Robin loves nothing more than helping people come back from puzzling or long term injuries, and seeing the moment when pain free movement is able to click back into place.
